After an instantaneous power failure of the Yaskawa robot resumes power supply, first check whether the air pressure is sufficient. If the air pressure reaches 5MPa, the robot can be turned on. At this time, if there is still a tube on the robot suction cup, the tube should be put down according to the manual operation method, and the robot should be taught back to the origin and then power on.

If the industrial robot has a pipe sucked on the suction cup, first manually move the robot to a suitable position to put down the pipe and then teach the robot back to the origin before starting. The method to release the vacuum is to first close the vacuum valve (OUT#1OFF), and then open the blow valve (OUT#20N).
